This will be an open forum where I will engage with your questions in an interactive group setting. If you will be watching the Replay, you are also welcome to pose questions via email that I will address LIVE and that you can listen to at your own pace. While it is designed to be an adjunct to the other Season 5 courses, it stands alone for anyone who is curious about Yoga. To inquire is to practice. Ask anything.
No previous yoga experience necessary. Curiosity and enthusiasm required!
